Spinning®

Pilates
A body conditioning routine that builds flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination. Pilates increases circulation, helps to transform the body and strengthen the body’s “core.” Beginners start with basic exercises and build up to include additional exercises and more advanced positioning.
Zumba®
Zumba® is the latest dance/aerobic craze around. The routine features aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.
BODYSculpt
BODYSculpt is a program that gets the heart rate up with cardio while toning your muscles with hand weights, fitness tubing, and a platform. BODYSculpt gets your body shedding pounds, sculpting your body, and burning fat all in record time while having fun! If you want to start sculpting your body, this is the place to start.
BODYBasics
An introductory class that will give you a great workout and teaches you all the fundamentals of our BODY classes with the introduction of fitness bands, hand weights, and platforms laying the foundation to more advanced BODY classes.
BODYShape
BODYShape is a program that combines a variety of exercises and equipment specially tailored to the needs of beginners, senior citizens or those who want a slower pace. You will find fun, easy, and effective exercises in our BODYShape classes. This is a class that will focus on all fitness needs such as balance, flexibility, coordination, and strength all while losing weight at a beginning level. BODYShape is a great way to get a low-impact, low-intensity, yet highly effective and high-energy workout.
BODYBlast
BODY Blast is a fun, powerful workout. BODYBlast is a great way to shape up and lose body fat. It’s a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about everybody. The simplicity of the class makes it a great starting point to develop strength and confidence. You’ll use a platform, bar, and weights.
The Accumulator
This challenging strength building workout adds an exercise to each round. It involves mostly body weight with pushups, dips, squats, lunges, and more. Come see if you are up for the challenge.
Cardio Kickboxing
Are you looking for a high intensity workout that will increase your strength and flexibility while burning fat? Then cardio kickboxing is for you. Cardio kickboxing is high energy, explosive, exciting and motivating. It's the non-contact kickboxing workout that blends elements of boxing, martial arts, and traditional aerobics into this 60-minute exercise routine.

ABblast Class
ABblast
This 15 minute abdominal class helps you develop that washboard look. Focusing on firming and defining the abdominals plays an important role in maintaining good posture and a healthy back. Great for all fitness levels.
Pregnancy Pilates
Great at building core strength. If your abdominals, back, and pelvic
floor/Kegel muscles are toned, they will support a more comfortable
pregnancy and delivery. Pilates is also famous for helping new moms
get their figures back after baby is born! (make sure to bring a pillow)
Non-Members welcome to this class only! $8 per class
Yoga
A dynamic flowing sequence of postures linking breath and movement.
Practice begins with postures to warm up all major muscles and joints,
then moves into a challenging series to build core strength, flexibility,
and endurance. Emphasis is on alignment, safety, and fun! All levels
welcome.
TRX Suspension Training
"Make your body your machine." Killer abs are great, but more importantly, having a strong core will prevent injuries, improve posture and increase overall strength. This is because all of our movements are powered by the torso - the abs and back work together to support the spine during everyday activities and exercise. Suspension Training builds core strength with every exercise by creating an element of instability that calls on your core to provide balance & coordination.
Kids Fitness & Karate
Lloyd Adams of Adams Karate Fitness will be leading a kids exercise class with an introduciton to basic karate. Come have fun! The class is free. Check our calendar for schedule.
