Body Blast

An hour of a full body workout which combines body weight, hand weights, TRX bands, balance, bootcamp, and accumulator styled workouts. Body Blast is designed to increase core stability, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. Come to this fun, energetic, lively class and let your body have a blast!


Sassy Shapers

This class is designed for older adults who want to eliminate stress on their joints using slower movements. Sassy shapers is also a good place for beginners to learn proper form of exercises to avoid injury. Sassy shapers is geared towards building endurance. Class consist of a full body warm up. A full body workout that consists of resistance training, weight training, squats, and abdominals, ending with a full body stretch. Proper form is highly stressed.


Sassy Shapers Tabata 

This class is based on a senior tabata formant. Unlike traditional tabata, students do not get down on the floor for any of the cardio segments. Sassy shapers tabata consists of a full body warm up, cardio, and a cool down in 10 segments. Each segment has 8, 20 second low impact movements followed by a 10 second rest period. Low impact tabata increases heart and lung capacity and uses large muscle groups. Every class ends with an extensive full body stretch.


Silver Sneakers Classic

This 45 minute class is designed for the person new to exercising, returning after some time away, or people wanting to work on their mobility. Silver sneakers classic focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing your range of motion. Exercises may use hand held weights, resistance tubes, and Silver Sneakers balls. All work is completed in a seated position using our Silver Sneakers chairs.


Silver Sneakers Cardio

This 60-minute class combines strength training (using hand held weights and resistance tubes) and low-impact cardio to bring heart healthy aerobics to your workout using low impact movements. Cardio segments are designed to elevate your heart rate and different intensity options are given to tailor the workouts to you. Silver Sneakers Cardio spends the majority of the time in a standing position.


Spinning 

This program burns more calories than any other cardio workout! With no complicated moves to learn, top-notch instructors, and music that begs your legs to pedal - getting into shape has never been more fun.


Power Hour 

An early morning mix up of a high intensity circuit, tabata, cardio, and workouts with hand weights and/or kettlebells. Each class consists of stretching to reduce muscle aches. Always mixing up the workout every week!


Fundamentals 

This class is a simple solution that gives you the means to change the way you move and correct the imbalances caused by our modern habits. Through a series of bodyweight exercises, fundamentals will activate your posterior muscle chain, anchor the hips, decompress the spine, and teaches you to take the burden of supporting the body out of your joints and put it where it belongs; in your muscles. No matter your age or fitness level, this class will put you on the path to wellness.
